Effective April 27, 2026 the National Securities Clearing Corporation will cease processing DGNX option exercises through its standard system, forcing all future exercise and assignment activity to settle on a broker‑to‑broker basis. The Options Clearing Corporation will continue to accept exercise instructions but may delay settlement if the delivering member cannot provide the 100 underlying Diginex shares. A separate Broker‑to‑Broker Delivery Advice report will be used to coordinate daily settlement between clearing members. The OCC retains the right to impose cash settlement or a buy‑in if physical delivery proves impossible.
