Hands on with Stickerbox, the AI-Powered Sticker Maker for Kids
Brooklyn‑based Hapiko has launched Stickerbox, a $99.99 voice‑activated AI sticker printer for children that turns spoken prompts into printable, colorable stickers on BPA‑free thermal paper. The device connects to Wi‑Fi in under a minute, uses proprietary kid‑safe AI models to filter inappropriate content, and comes with three rolls (180 stickers) plus colored pencils, with additional paper sold at $5.99 for three rolls. Backed by $7 million from investors including Maveron, Serena Ventures and the Allen Institute’s AI2 incubator, Hapiko plans firmware updates, a companion app, and future premium features such as custom image uploads.
