Gray Media Acquires Two TV Stations From SagamoreHill Broadcasting
Gray Media, a major US broadcast multimedia company, completed the acquisition of two television stations – WLTZ (NBC affiliate in Columbus, Georgia) and KJTV (FOX affiliate in Lubbock, Texas) – from SagamoreHill Broadcasting. The deals closed in May 2026, expanding Gray Media’s station portfolio.
