Popai Health Raises $11M in Funding
San Francisco‑based Popai Health, a patient conversation intelligence startup that uses Voice AI to capture and analyze information from phone calls, announced an $11 million financing round. The round was led by Team8 and NEA, with participation from strategic investors. The capital will fund go‑to‑market expansion, accelerate adoption across health systems, medical groups, health plans and ACOs, and support scaling of the team. Popai Health, founded in 2024, aims to address the 65% of patient interactions that occur via phone, turning these calls into actionable clinical, operational and social insights.
