Master 2026 GTM Planning in 3 Proven Steps
Every CEO I know is busy building out their Strategic GTM Plan for 2026. This process can be scary and daunting. BUT, it doesn't have to be if you have the right help and blueprint to follow. This is why every year I host a special GTM Planning Workshop for all my clients here at Unstoppable. I'm super pumped for this year's planning workshop. This is a battle-hardened process we've perfected over 6 years across hundreds of software companies. We break it down into three simple steps: 1) GTM Math: Let's set some real targets and break it down down to Leads and Pipeline. 2) Business and Drama Chokepoints: Every single startup has chokepoints slowing down their flywheel of growth. We know of 19 specific Business Chokepoints and 19 specific Drama chokepoints. So we work quickly to identify exactly whats holding us back. 3) Start/Stop/Continue: Then we get ruthless. What do we STOP? What do we double down and CONTINUE? And, what do we start. And finally, we get to execution. All the steps and templates and blueprints are outlined to execute on. I absolutely love this time of the year. This is when we do the work to hit the ground running in January and enter into 2026 with momentum. I've learned this process the hard way, and I'm grateful I get to give the shortcut to results for the Founders and CEOs that I work with. If you're the Founder of a software company and you'd like to learn more about how we help you transform your GTM Strategy to unlock growth, then grab a complimentary copy of my 5-Point AI/SaaS Growth Strategy Guide.
