He projected AI‑driven technologies could add over 11 trillion roubles to GDP by 2030 and urged both state and private sectors to adopt AI, emphasizing that only Russian‑made systems should be used for security and intelligence. The task force will also address hardware shortages caused by Western sanctions by fostering domestic component production and supporting projects like AI‑enhanced autonomous drone swarms. Existing Russian firms, including Sberbank and Yandex, claim progress with large‑language models such as Gigachat and Yandex GPT.
