The combined biomarker model achieved an area under the curve of 0.857, with 70.2% sensitivity and 77.2% specificity, outperforming each marker alone. Independent predictors also included diuretic use, smoking, blood urea nitrogen and HbA1c. The authors created a nomogram to facilitate pre‑procedural risk stratification.
