"We haven't found product-market fit yet." Okay. Which part? If you're inventing a new category, doing something nobody's done before, you might have a market problem. Maybe the market doesn't exist. Maybe it's not ready. That's real. But if you're in an established market, doing something customers already pay money to do, and you can't get traction? That's not a market problem. Could be marketing. Could be sales. Could be your product. Maybe all three. And if people are signing up but not converting? You definitely don't have a market problem. The market showed up. They just didn't stay. I'm not arguing semantics. I get that PMF means finding the sweet spot where your product fits the market. But "we haven't found PMF" has become a way to offload the burden onto the market instead of taking responsibility for the failure to grow. The market isn't hiding from you. The market is right there. The question is why they're not buying, or why they're buying... and leaving. That's not the market's fault.
HOW TO ATTRACT MORE FULFILLING CLIENTS At the end of my client calls, I like to ask two questions: How are you feeling? Do you sense any objections in your head and your heart right now? The first question is...

This is my 7th year running Unstoppable , my advisory and education business for SaaS and AI Founders. And I believe the reason we've been able to survive and thrive for so long is because of ONE thing: Holding a...
Cheaper leads often look good on paper, but they rarely become the customers you want. They churn faster, stay shorter, and they don’t create long-term value. When teams cut CAC by broadening targeting, they get more volume. But the trade-offs...

Most AI failures don’t come from bad prompts or weak models. They come from bad context. As tasks get longer and agents take more steps, important information gets buried, forgotten, or drowned in noise, something we call “context rot.” The result looks...
Last week POLITICO asked which party benefits from Americans' fear of AI. This morning The New York Times led with a story about the growing backlash. Everyone, apparently, hates AI now. Good. Here's why: When the masses reject something out...

If your company isn’t generating significant ROI from AI adoption, then you have a people problem. AI transformation and value creation certainly requires an understanding of and access to the technology. But, more importantly, a willingness of the humans within...
As markets become more competitive and AI-generated content floods every channel, one truth is becoming impossible for companies to ignore: leaders who stay invisible will lose ground to those who show up publicly. Visibility builds trust faster than any campaign;...

A second-time customer is actually worth more than a first-time customer. We tend to look at churned users as "dead leads," but the data proves otherwise. I was catching up with Dan Pfister recently, and he pointed to a Harvard...
Most people think great content is enough to win on social. In 2026, that’s only half the equation. Algorithms don’t “feel” creativity — they understand structure. They skim your videos the same way humans skim a webpage. Headlines. Clear sections....

Email marketing isn't dead. Sure, people don't talk much about it these days. And there isn't a ton of innovation happening with email. But based on this data, companies must be generating a nice ROI to maintain and increase their email marketing budget....
AI will massively outperform humans on constructive theories It is still pretty terrible at theories of principle

There are so many good open source models now but they are not mainstream. The only reason I think is because the messaging around open-source models is not strong enough to compete with closed-source models.

The biggest lever you have to improve your business as a whole is your offer. What value are you providing potential customers to get you their time, dollars, experience. Improve your offer and the rest of your funnel will fundamentally change.
I don't know how to describe it, but the greatest vibe coding hack for people who hate deep work is to turn on a Hallmark holiday movie in the background. There's something about the movie pacing that makes hammering 3...

Most first-time founders believe the hardest part is the situation they’re in. A missed deadline. An investor who passed. A launch that didn’t move numbers. A hire that didn’t work out. In the early days, progress gets interrupted in small, unglamorous ways...

AGI isn’t a model. It’s all about the end to end process. From pre training, to training, to RL, to scaffolding. The self/improving system is AGI.

Adam Mosseri just shared a twenty-slide year-end memo on Instagram. If you skim it, it sounds like familiar talk about AI, authenticity, and creators. If you read it closely, it lands very differently. This isn’t really about growth. It’s about control. The memo...

Finally, an AI computer that looks cool. On your face. It will be interesting to see if they can get any decent amount of market share. This looks completely better than the Meta displays.
I keep seeing people try to predict their way out of uncertainty. That instinct is understandable. It’s also misplaced. What landed for me here is the shift away from prediction theater toward agency, intuition, and learning through action. When speed is...
