AI& Raises $2B Infrastructure Capital to Build Japan’s Full‑Stack AI Platform
Former Tenstorrent executives David Bennett and Shimpei Hara founded AI&, a vertically integrated AI company in Japan. The startup secured $50 million in seed funding and $2 billion in infrastructure capital to develop a full‑stack platform covering data centers, orchestration software, models and applications.

Razer unveiled the Forge AI Dev Workstation at CES 2026, a high‑performance, on‑premise system built for AI training, inference and simulation. The tower supports up to four professional Nvidia or AMD GPUs, Threadripper PRO or Intel Xeon W CPUs, eight DDR5 slots, dual 10 Gb Ethernet and extensive PCIe Gen5 storage. In parallel, Razer partnered with Tenstorrent to create a compact external AI accelerator that plugs into laptops via Thunderbolt 4/5, leveraging Tenstorrent’s Wormhole architecture led by AMD veteran Jim Keller.
