Perfios posts 46% profit jump and 20% revenue growth in FY25
Bengaluru‑based fintech SaaS unicorn Perfios reported a 46% rise in consolidated net profit to ₹104.3 cr and a 20% increase in operating revenue to ₹669.5 cr for FY25, with SaaS services making up over 95% of its revenue. The company also completed three strategic acquisitions in 2025 and appointed a former SBI executive to its leadership team.

Clio credits its control‑point strategy, customer‑journey product mapping and early platform play for strong cross‑sell, retention and M&A visibility, and sees AI as a TAM‑expanding opportunity to dramatically increase access to legal services. The combination of payments, platform lock‑in and AI positioning underscores why Clio is a leading example of scaling a vertical SaaS category.
