Watch Rare Weekly RSI(5) Oversold Signals for Big Assets
markets don't provide certainties... some of you know i'm a fan of using RSI(5) (on multiple time frames) as a way of gauging where price is at... it MUST be used and interpreted in the text of relevant trend... to be pressing short, or to be a keen seller into oversold conditions (or the opposite), becomes a matter of risk/reward and i've seen too many examples where investors find themselves committed to some narrative, not accepting that the market is already aware - i.e., negative headlines come as selling takes place and it's easy to sell late/become bearish late (and vice versa)... from my experience, typically, big assets see RSI(5) weekly oversold points once/year... i think it pays to understand and acknowledge those (rare) conditions when they're present... left: Bitcoin #BTC $BTCUSD right: S&P 500 $SPX
