The vulnerability allows attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript through the CustomMCP node, leading to full command execution and file‑system access. VulnCheck’s Canary network observed active exploitation originating from a single Starlink IP, highlighting that thousands of publicly exposed Flowise instances are at risk. The issue was patched in version 3.0.6, with the current stable release 3.1.1 launched two weeks ago.
