AI Delivers Real ROI When Integrated Into Core Operations
AI use should go beyond content creation or automating fake outreach. It needs to tie to real business activity to demonstrate ROI. A few months ago, I listed out most of the ways that I use AI in real business operations. Which items really acted as a business accelerator versus a cool hat trick or task rabbit. Here is where AI implementation provided real business value: - RFP responses - Precise client follow-ups - Proposal prep - Enhancing workflow automations - Automatic creation of drafts - Negotiations - Contract review - Script writing - Presentation creation - Competitive analysis - Market positioning - Industry and ICP pain updates - Repurposing content - Content upscaling (improvement) - Stock image creation I'm not in the AI coaching business because I don't have time outside of my other ventures. But keeping these wins to myself would be greedy. So I recorded a series of videos, created lists of prompts, and used examples of my real business cases. Everyone seems to have a course these days, but if you have value, why not spread it!? If you're interested in when the course will be fully available, let me know. It's not another list of prompts (although I do provide them) and it is for business operators (owners, operations people, managers, etc.) If you've read this far, have recently lost your job, and are considering entrepreneurship, I'll provide free access to those who qualify.

Growth Requires Systemic Alignment, Not Individual Hires

Treat Creative Like a Machine, Not a Slot
Creative is a system, not a slot machine. If your best-performing content suddenly stopped working, it’s because you scaled output without structure. The best brands treat creative like a machine: • Proven angles • Tracked hooks • Modular assets • Message hierarchy • Weekly test cadence It’s all...

Scale Beyond $10M Requires New Systems, Not More Hustle
You can’t 10x your business using the same systems that got you here. That’s the trap most brands fall into. They hit $3M, $5M, maybe even $10M, and think they just need to push harder. But the unlock is infrastructure: • Real ops • Real...
