Gulmohar Capital Partners has launched the GRCS Trust, a permanent‑capital platform backed by $30 million to acquire and scale software firms in the governance, risk, compliance and security (GRC) space. The trust will pursue a long‑term buy‑and‑build strategy, targeting lower‑mid‑market companies with $2‑20 million in recurring revenue. Its first anchor investment is CurrentWare, a Toronto‑based endpoint visibility and insider‑risk platform acquired in March 2025. Backers include Peterson Partners, M²O, Next Coast Legacy and other institutional investors.
