ONDC launches DigiDukaan to digitise B2B procurement for India’s kirana stores
India’s Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) introduced DigiDukaan, an open‑network platform that links retailers, distributors and brands. The Hyderabad pilot has already enrolled more than 10,000 kirana stores and 35 brands, aiming to replace manual ordering with a unified digital supply chain.
