Built Multiple Production Sites in 36 Hours with Claude Code
I spent about 36 hours with Claude Code over the weekend (was snowed in here in Dallas). Here are *all* the projects that went to Production: 1) I own the domain https://t.co/wXlXkIrr5p. I've always wanted to do something with it. So I used Claude Code to build out a content site with all of my videos and my best content on building an ICP. It provides my free content and upsells to my Lead Magnet and my paid GTM Programs. 2) A focus for me this year is our Demand Generation Platform, Instant. It badly needed a new website. So I then took the learnings from the ICP website, and took to Claude Code to build out a new @astrodotbuild backend for the whole corporate site and articles we want to publish for SEO and AEO juice. Claude Code even helped me write out the key articles while identifying long tail SEO keywords to target using the @ahrefs MCP. The site is now live: https://t.co/l9DLRj11Rp. 3) My office doesn't have my back facing a wall (need to be facing the windows so the sunlight hits me at all times since I film my Youtube episodes from here). This messes with my Feng Shui. I'm constantly feeling like I'm in fight or flight mode. So I had Claude Code build me a CCTV feed going off an old iPhone as the camera so I can monitor what's behind me. It took one line to add a feature that does Person detection and a proximity alarm as well. It took one more line to open source the whole thing with a MIT licensed and post it on my github account. You can check it out here: https://t.co/ROpOMp990a. 4) I like watching Youtube episodes while I work. Especially the @FoundersPodcast. Its calming to me. And I like to think all those great Founders feed into my subconscious as David reads about their habits. But its also a distraction to have Youtube open. So I had Claude Code build out a RetroTube. It shows a small Sony Trinitron TV (IFYKYK) in the bottom right with Youtube videos playing. It has a TV Guide for me to pick topics, it allows me to TiVo and rewind, and it sits quietly and just plays without distractions and no decision fatigue. Again, one command and it built binaries for mac and open sourced it. You can check it out here: https://t.co/z51orFSqBd. This is an amazing time to be a Founder, an Engineer, and a human.

Ask “What Made You Cancel?” To Uncover True Reasons
My biggest takeaways from Jason Cohen : 1. “Too expensive” is never the real reason customers cancel. They already saw your pricing and decided to buy, so something else changed. When customers cite price, dig deeper—the actual reason might be...

Minimalist SaaS with Precise ICP Wins
Contrarian take: Several simpler-than-ever-before, stupidly minimalist apps designed for an incredibly well-defined ICP will experience insane product-market fit in 2026.
